昨天打完球之後,今天右腳腳踝莫名的疼痛,
因此今天打球的時候嘗試將重心放在左腳,
赫然發現反拍打的更好!
看來打反拍準備動作要放在左腳,
打正拍要放右腳,謹記、謹記。
